GYC is hosting an Open Class Dinghy Regatta on Sunday August 9th. The Centennial Cup Dinghy Regatta is open to all monohull boat classes and will include 5 races.  This regatta also offers a racing opportunity for those attending the Manitoba Optimist Traveler Series Training weekend, which includes a race training day on Aug 8th. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in the Open and Optimist fleets. The regatta fee is $11, and a BBQ burger dinner can be purchased for $10 on the evening of Aug 8th. Optimist and Laser sailboats at GYC are available for charter for the event. Registration is now open and the Notice of Race will be available soon.
